Looks like Capital San Jose's Hostel Pangea will be the choice hostel to stay at at least on night #1... $12US per night? Not Bad. Let's Check what's UP with NAFTA and its consequences.
Meaning to stay at least a few days "up here" in the Highlands of Costa Rica at 5000 feet elevation with is balmy climate while i reacquaint with what I used to know as a rather sleepy and pastoral capital city..
Opera House- National Theater.. flowers everywhere.. gardens.. coffee..was it a dream?
